Do you write your clinical observership in Experience part of ERAS application or it should be just in you recommendation letter. My last LoR related to my observership is not scaned by ERAS yet.

What exactly is a clinical observership?

It is done by IMG's in order to get a feel of how the US healthcare system works.Observers r actually supposed to only observe the residents and attendings taking patient histories and doing physical exams and attend conferences,meets,rounds,etc.
But,at some places Observers are allowed to take patient histories , and assist the supervising physician in doing physical exams.Sometimes,they are even allowed to present cases.These additional opportunities r usually given to those who demonstrate a lot interest or impress the supervising physician with their level of knowledge and other skills.
