So I am an undergraduate strongly considering applying for a clinical Ph.D program but I am unsure as to what school or if I should even bother with my credentials. I have a GPA around a 3.0 (can be bumped up with my remaining semesters) I have done research for 2 years (currently working on a paper to publish) and have not yet taken the GRE.
To my understanding, a 3.7 would be a really good competitive GPA but there isn't any chance I could get over a 3.3 at this point. So I guess my question is whether I should consider another program if my grades remain the same (not below a 3.0) and how difficult is it to get into a school with a low GPA? Also, what sort of GRE score should I be shooting for (realistically)?
Thanks!
