What are some of the best online resources for topics in 3rd year. I really like eMedicine because it seems to cover many of the core rotation topics (Med, Surg, Obs/Gyn, etc). Anything else similar to it out there??

Emedicine is great. Here's a secret:

Instead of having to log in, just go to google, type in:
emedicine and myocardial infarction (or wahtever clinical entity you want)
and you'll automatically find it. Much quicker than logging in.

I also use emedhome.com.
