Your medical school does not set this up for you? Is that all Caribbean schools or just yours?

St. Matthew's University sets up all of our 3rd year clinical rotations. The only problem with that, however, is that not all of our sites are ACGME-approved spots. Add to that the fact that we have limited slots in each of our locations, it quickly becomes quite the frustrating experience. One can theoretically do all cores back to back to back, but they won't all be "Greeen". If one does want to all "Green" cores, he or she would have to wait at most 2-3 months.

If I could set my own cores up I definitely would.

They do, however limited hospital affiliation in the U.S.
