Clinical Veterinary Advisor, Cote - Second vs. third edition

I realize this is a bit of a long-shot, but can anyone tell me if the third edition of the dogs and cats version of Cote's Clinical Veterinary Advisor is worth the extra money? It's about a $55 difference.
