is it a partial agonist or antagonist for estrogen? FA says partial agonist, UW says antagonist... ? any ideas.

don't PA behave as antagonist as well?

Yes, and this is how Clomiphene works. It binds to the pituitary estrogen receptors, effectively blocking estrogen itself from binding. This inhibits negative feedback, increasing the gonadotropin release.

Sorry to revive this thread... Perfect answer above! I was also having problem on how clomid works... Endocrine/reproductive systems are so confusing.

If anyone has a suggestion for endocrine/reproductive systems physio/pharm, they are welcome to share.
