Trying to spend the remaining ($2000) of my CME funds by December 1st. Usually would go to a kyphoplasty course or travel for NANS but options during covid are limited. Any suggestions? Maybe a textbook on ultrasound procedures, more invasive procedures (i.e. perm implants), or starting a pain management office?

Any opinions on the items below?
-SIS procedure guidelines textbook
-waldman ultrasound atlas
-rathmell or furman image guided atlas
