So where do you guys get your free online CME ?

If you work for EmCare, you get access to UptoDate for free. Every time you do a search on there (while logged in of course) you get CME. EASY to rack up hundreds of hours for something you [might] otherwise do every day.

When I say 'access' I mean you get your own account

Medscape has some, but the amount of EM relevant stuff is limited. EMRAP lets you rack up a good amount but it isn't free. Then there is that by mail offer which reimburses you for half your subscription with an Apple gift card but costs a whole lot.
