hello, first year EM resident here. I ran across this recent article, and would like to have your input on this topic.

How will this new law impact the way some of you practice?
How will this affect billing? (which I have no understanding of...) As of right now, does EM physician get paid more (or less?) for a "headache" if he order a CT-brain?
Will this be the beginning of a much tighter control of our medical management as a way to cut cost by CMS?
