So i am trying to calculate the total COA for Minnesota, using this website that was suggested here in the forum

it is showing me that the PLUS loands are 8.1% interest. However I thought they were only 7.8%. Also it directs me to this website, which says that the interest of those PLUS loans are only 4.292%, which is know its not correct. can anyone pleas shed some light about this ?
I am trying to calculate it with $40.500 in unsubsidized Stafford, and the other $45K in PLUS loans per year. Or can anyone please give me some advice as to what software or website to calculate to calculate debt, and repayment options please ?
