Anyone use this? It has some evidence to support it and the ortho section of the APTA includes it in the practice guidelines for achilles tendonitis (level B evidence). Looks like the settings and quality of a unit are pretty important. From what I've read 904nm wavelength, power between .5-1.2 J/cm2 and it being a single point laser make the difference. The multi pointed lasers, wavelengths below 904, and high J/cm2 especially above 10 make it useless. Comments?

Suggestions on a good unit? Or clinical experiences?
