So I'm entering my grades from a college that never gave out + or -'s with grades. They only have the letter itself on my transcript. Should I enter them as that, do DO schools look at it any differently?

For better or worse, your letter grades will be counted the same as they would for a college that did give out "+" and "-" grades. You'll need to enter in your grades as they appear on your transcript.
