Columbia and Nova post-interview small white envelopes!

Hi, who else got any letters from either Nova or Columbia after being interviewed pre-december? I interviewed at Columbia on 12/1 and Nova at 11/16 and have received the small white envelopes from them (rejections). This sucks cuz it's post-interview rejections. I have decent stats. 3.4 from UCSD and 22/23/18. Anybody in the same boat or similar unlucky circumstanceS? Please share so I won't feel this bad! Thanks.

I'm impressed that Columbia sent you notice so quickly. The bad news sucks though, boss. Those stats are pretty killer too so no worries. Hope lives. You'll get in somewhere!

Yea, i am pretty disappointed. I had a so-so interivew but I thought I would still be okay, but i guess this year's competition is too stiff. I am very disappointed. I am waitlisted for USC and i hope I can get it. Dunno what I would do if i dont get into anywhere dis year. I didnt even get interviews from BU or even NYU which I think I won't be hearing from them.....ANYBODY, let me know if you're in similar situation, don't be shy. Let me feel betta thanks.

I was waitlisted at NOVA after interviewing with them Oct. 4th. I haven't heard back from USC yet but I returned my post-interview card just before Dec. 1st so I wasn't suprised when I didn't get their e-mail. In at NYU and waiting on the rest. I don't really feel a sense of urgency because I liked NYU quite a bit when I was there.

I got the reject from columbia too.. (my first choice... noooooooo)

Wow, i can't believe they rejected you with your stats, and so quick. How do you think your interview went? Did you feel like you did well and would hear good news? Did you have a lot of community service, research, or shadowing? I'm wondering cuz a friend of mine has an interview in a few weeks and i am curious. You can just PM so you don't have to list all of this on this thread. Thanks

Don't feel too bad because when I interviewed I heard they had a more competitive cycle, and at least 3 or 4 people I knew have been rejected with or without interviews.
