Columbia DDS/MPH option?

I searched and couldnt find much. After I get in, do i have to apply separately to the MPH (take GRE, etc) or is there an internal way to do it once you are in the dental school

I remeber the dean saying you wait a year and then apply. It's not free though. The PhD part is free, but not the DMD part. I am not sure about the specifics.

columbia has a PhD program? i didn't see any mention of it on their website.
