Columbia interviews-snail first, then email?

To anyone with Columbia interviews--

I am trying to group a few interviews together and am wondering how P&S contacts interviewees. Is it by snail first, then email? If it is generally by snail first, then I will risk calling them and being a pest since mail can take forever to get to Canada.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 🙂

I'm just curious. How did they notify you if your file was complete. My file should have been complete including LOR by mid-August. I haven't heard anything from them. When I called their office, a lady picked up and told me they don't do status check over the phone. I told her that everything should be there then she says "how do you know its here?" I was upset but what can I do. I still have to be nice to them.

last year, i did not receive e-mails about being complete or the interview. i did receive a snail mail interview invite though. good luck. it probably just depends on what secretary takes care of the invitations that day.
