I'm in the same situation sss08. For me the thought process has kind of gone like this. Before I got any acceptances, I was planning on taking Columbia over Penn, because I thought that New York was a cooler city to live in. In my eyes there are some differences between the schools (grading system, number of students) but those weren't the most important things to me. So when it came to the important things they are about the same (specialty rate - high, cost - high, school facilities - they are both old, etc.). So before acceptances it came down to which city I wanted to live in - New York. However, now that I have the Dean's scholarship, I am pretty sure that I would pick Penn. I still have to think about UCLA and UCSF, so my decision hasn't been made yet, but between Penn (with the scholarship) and Columbia, I think that I would pick Penn. I don't know if that helps you, but I'm still kind of struggling with my decision as well.
