Columbia's interview was quite formal; all aspects of the day were well planned and informative. I don't believe that you will need to know much about the school per se but a good working knowledge of yourself and future plans will be a must. The trend in interviewing now-a-days is moving away from the more direct interviewing questions (i.e "why do you want to be a dentist?", actually out of my 6 interviews I got this question only at Temple), to a more can-you-think-on-your-feet type deal. Just remain calm and THINK!
