What do you guys think in combo drugs that come out?

I was looking at pharmacy times and there is a dapagliflozin and saxagliptin combo. Not sure how much it costs would wouldn't it be really expensive considering the cost of farxiga and onglyza?

Are patients even on a therapy of the two?
