is anyone interested in one of the Combined Programs?
any thoughts pro/con on these types of programs?
do any of the "top" PM&R programs offer IM/PM&R or Peds/PM&R ?

what about Neurology/PM&R combined? I've seen that it is available but have no idea who might offer one? Does anyone know?
