Hi guys,

So I'm a returning Dual degree 3rd yr student and had started my rotations when I left for a year. I am now returning and wondering how I can prepare for Comlex 2.

I would like to take this thing in early June but I don't know if that's enough time. I have family, peds, psych, and ob/gyn left for my 3rd year rotations.

I feel like I forgot a lot of my medicine and am really nervous/anxious about passing comlex 2. I hate reading books and prefer questions, but I feel like I don't have enough of a base to start off by doing Q's.

What do you guys think I should do?

When will you be done with rotations? Will you have anytime available for dedicated study between then and when you want to take level II?

From what I've heard/read, level II is IM with Ob and Peds so you may want to have those done before taking it. I have forgotten some of medicine too but if you review the material well, it should come back quickly. As far as doing Q's, you may not have a solid base to get a high percentage right but you can learn a lot from reading the explanations.
