I found the main difference btw the USMLE 2 and the COMLEX 2 was the length of the questions on USMLE 2 was significantly longer. I would study the same way for both exams b/c I feel they were otherwise similar. I used QBank, Secrets, B&W for about a month the exams while doing an infectious disease rotation. If you paid any attention or read even a little during your third year clerkships you'll pass after some light review of core topics. I scored similar on both exams USMLE 244/99 and COMLEX - 91st Percentile.
