Comlex break question

hey guys im kinda confused with the break system for the comlex..since they changed the lunch break to being optional does this mean that we can start again whenever we choose? or do we still have to wait for the full forty minutes to start the afternoon part?

also during the two ten min breaks during blocks 2 and 6 if u decide to take the break can u only do it for like five minutes and not the full ten? sorry for the dumb questions but id really appreciate it if u guys could help me out..

You can take however little time you want for the breaks, lunch break included. Shoot, you could do all 400 in one sitting if you were mad enough in the head.

Right, you can take all of their breaks in their entirety, a short break when you're offered & restart early when you're ready, or you can skip all of the breaks.

I took step 2 straight through & it wasn't bad at all. I took one brief break (<10 mins) but otherwise went straight through & was done by lunchtime. It all depends on how you take tests, but at least the optional breaks allow you to decide what is best for you.
