COMLEX CDM Scoring??

How is the CDM portion scored? I cant find anything about it on the NBOME site...if you order a test that gives you zero points but you also order a test that gives you gives you points do you get the question wrong? Or if the question says pick 7 out of 10 and you pick 7 but only 2 are correct responses do you get points or is the question wrong?

Basically how is this portion scored??
