How likely is it that they will test us on specific nuclei (brainstem)? I figure they will mostly ask spinal cord and midbrain tracts/lesions and eye stuff/lesions. Is that most of it??

I don't remember anything about specific brainstem nuclei on the COMLEX last year. Probably the biggest neuro thing was intracranial bleeds. I had several CTs of the common ones (epi, sub-d, sub-a, intraparenchymal) and lots of questions with buzzwords ("the lucid interval", "worst of my life").
