COMLEX or USMLE or both??

I am currently a MS2 at CCOM outside of Chicago. I plan to stay in Chicago and pursue a psychiatry residency - any opinions on whether one needs to take the USMLE in this situation, or is the COMLEX sufficient?? It seems like Chicago has a fair to good amount of DO's but I'm wondering if anybody has been in the same boat??

Any info is appreciated.
