I'm taking the COMLEX in October...been through all the slides in FA and the CT and MRI images in HY Neuro...wondering if there are any other resources on the web that I could check out for some additional pics that are also FREE. Also, anyone know a trend (i.e. high yield topics) to the images or do they just come at random? Thanks!

Unfortunately, what these guys say is true. There is really no way to prepare for the images that are on the COMLEX. But I guarantee there will be one that states something like, "You can see the obvious lesion" and it will look like a normal X-ray.
