Did anyone do them? What procedure did you use in terms of timing?

Also on the counseling patients, how much of a physical did you do?

No need for orthostatics. Just put it in the plan. Counseling the patient is a big deal because it appeared that a lot of the scoring was based on how well we communicated with the patient. In terms of physical exam, heart, lungs, and a brief scan of the axial spine on all my patients. If they have belly pain you should probably do stuff like Murphy's sign, Rovsing's, Rebound, etc. If they have neck pain think about Kernig and those type of test. Do not waste your time on long, time consuming special test like orthostatics though since time is limited.
