Hi Everybody!

So I was rolling right along on my comlex pe exam today until the last patient where I forgot to ask medications, allergies, social hx, family hx, and medical hx. I couldn't believe it when I got out of the room. No excuses, I just spaced it. All the other encounters went great other than a few minor hiccups. Are you allowed to fail one of the encounters? Do you think this will fail me? I know that no one can really say, but I just thought I would ask because I am kind of freaking out!

As long as you didn't document anything falsely i dont think theyd fail you for one poor encounter.

Don't worry about that at all. I can't say with certainty you passed, obviously, since I don't know you/didn't see the PE, but even if you did that on 4 encounters I would still say you passed. Its hard to fail forgetting something. Falsifying records, being rude, etc is how you fail that thing.
