If you have car trouble on test day and do not make it to the test site on time or even near on time, who do you contact - PROMETRIC or NBOME? I realize the fees would be forfeit.

Would this count as an actual (i.e. official) attempt as far as NBOME is concerned? And could it be rescheduled right away?

You should call Prometric right away to say you won't be able to make it.
