I just got my step2 back, and I got 454. 🙁 My step 1 is 525.
Is my step 2 too low for internal medicine programs? Should I apply to every IM program to make sure that I match somewhere?

Not too low unless you're shooting for Johns Hopkins or something like that. Apply broadly. You'll get interviews.
