COMLEX step 3 vs step 2

Hi all. I just want to know how much step 3 is different from step 2. Do i really need to wait until I finish internship to take this exam? How much studing is required if I am ok with step 2 material? Which study guide you recomend for COMLEX step 3? I am thinking just read B/W again.

I just took the Part III COMSAE (Part II COMSAE was nearly identical to actual scope to COMLEX). Definetely more management. My COMSASE (NOT COMLEX) had a question on maximum dose of Lidocaine (WTF?--I think it's 5 5 mg/kg). When you take COMSAE, I suggest to write down answers as many people have noted that 5-10 COMSAE questions show up on actual COMLEX word for word.
