D docpetey Member 7+ Year Member 15+ Year Member 20+ Year Member Apr 14, 2006 #3 agreed, they're not the same. i'd suggest that even if you're only going to take the COMLEX, get the USMLE qbank. the questions are better worded and more thought provoking. just add some OMM into your studying.
