I need to ask a question that I haven't found an answer to anywhere else.

As it has been explained to me:
In Washington state, 4-year colleges and universities don't don't care what your GPA was when you got your associate's degree. Your GPA starts over when you transfer.

Can anyone confirm this? Do other states do this? Also, if this is the case, would a dental school look at my associate's degree grades anyway? Would those grades be averaged with my 4-year college or university grades?

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

AADSAS will calculate your GPA based on ALL colleges you attended. So those grades will be averaged with your 4 year university grades. 🙂
