You have a good list and should receive several interviews. You could add Seton Hall, NOVA MD, TCU-UNT and Oakland Beaumont. If no interviews by Thanksgiving then apply to DO schools also.

250 hrs of basic science research with one publication (not first author)
Currently working as a hematology clinical research associate at a cancer center

220 hrs of patient volunteering in three different hospitals
~200 hrs of physician shadowing in multiple different specialties (family medicine, pediatrics, cardiology, plastic surgery, orthopedic surgery)

Geisinger was removed by mistake. Are you from the Scranton area? If so, that will help.
