Ok so, if you take some classes at a community college just to bring your cumilative gpa up faster (not any core pre reqs just random classes) will smps look down at that? I just need to take classes alongside my normal undergrad classes so i can get the most in and bring my cum gpa up as much as possible...let me know. also, how do community college credits get averaged in to ur undergrad gpa? how do they determine the final undergrad gpa (community college +gpa from undergrad university)

honestly..why would you do that to yourself and take classes along with your classes...mind you it doesnt matter if they are community college classes...it just seems like extra work that is not necessary. The reason why this is because the medical schools are going to see your transcript and say hey...why did you take these classes at X comm. coll? Correct me someone if i am wrong, but i do not believe that medical schools really get excited when they see that...

there really is no rush...just get in when you can at a good pace..rushing leads to mistakes which leads to more wasted time..no need to try and jump the gun...and raising your GPA is going to take a while..EASY TO GO DOWN...HARDER TO COME UP..unless of course you retake some of the classes you got C or lower (make sure u get an A)
