Community colleges

Hi. I see from your sig you're from Brazil. I can't speak for the whole US, but in the state where I live, a 'Community College' is by definition a school that offers two-year degrees (like AS or AAS), but not four-year degrees.

Any school where a four-year degree (like BA or BS) can be earned would more likely be called a 'college' or 'university.' So long as that school is properly accredited, it should be okay.

You can take 60 credits at a community college and than transfer to a 4 year college. You shouldn't miss much
