How do one know that the test they are giving in their med school is at the level, below level or above the level of other med schools?

Whats the normal class avg. for a medical school? for eg. in anatomy

Has the prof. in ur college skipped most of the portion of powerpoint handouts?
and then u don't have to study that portion too.

Do u feel that tests in ur college are not challenging enough or checking the concepts as they should?

Board scores. Hence the reason they are one of the most important determinants of getting a good residency.

You don't. You get a sense by talking to your peers at other schools, but it's always suspect information.

Unanswerable. Depends on the rigor of your anatomy class and what your school use for as the "pass/fail" level. The class average in a class where below a 70% is considered failing is going to be different for a school where below 50% is considered failing.

Often they run out of time and skip parts of a presentation, but we're responsible for what was skipped, since it's taken from the book/syllabus. Occasionally this does happen as you describe, but usually he just deletes the slides/objectives.

Sometimes I feel they test minute details and arcane facts, but overall I felt prepared for the national standardized exams.
