Hello I am new but I have an interest in dentistry/optometry
I just have a few questions that I hope someone will answer

-How is the competition of schools? I am planning on going to the Dentistry school of UIC
- Is there a website that shows a "student profile" of the GPA students got in with, test scores, etc.

The last three numbers you have listed are those from users on PreDents.com. Twenty seven people on PreDents.com have applied there, and two have interviews there. The first two numbers you have listed are from the ADEA's guide. There are 66 seats available at UIC, and I believe the 824 is the number of applicants last year.

yeah the data on interviews accepted etc is just from the pool that are registered for the site and who also update their info. So it may not be the best representation. The ultimate guide would prolly be a better choice although not online as far as I know.

They are bound by the ancient code of bushido to commit seppuku if their attempt to gain admission to dental school fails. It is better to die than to bring shame to their family.
