I was just wondering what a competitive science gpa was? I also would like to know if my intro to chem. Class counts towards it because it was not a pre requisite.

I have a pretty competitive Sci GPA... apparently on average, sci GPA tends to be lower than non sci... also, it depends on the school. For WashU, you need a 4.0😱

Oh and Intro to chem counts as a science class

Any Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Math class counts towards your science GPA. Phosphoric Chemistry, Calculus III, Vertebrate Zoology, all these classes count because they fit into the BCPM classes.

A competitive science GPA? 3.6 I'd say is pretty good. A very good overall GPA is 3.7 to 3.8. Science GPA would be just a little below, but not much more.
