Complete Ap or Not???

Hello guys,

I'm curious on how our aps are considered "complete" by schools.

I recently applied to AZDOH and they require: two LORS.

I have two LOR's being mailed out on 7/9 with DAT/GPA etc etc; however, I still have two LOR's that are NOT in.

When AZDOH gets my ap will they: A) NOT look at it, because its lagging two LOR's and its technically "incomplete" or B) will they look at it since they have the two NECESSARY LORS.

I'm just a bit confused...I hate bothering my profs to hurry up, but if this is the case,(my ap is incomplete) I will ask again.

I'm curious about this too...and once the LORs ARE completed...will they immediately be sent out or updated or what...
