Complete application before interview

I've only got two LOR's in so far. I have an interview scheduled next week, and I'm pretty sure neither one of the letters will be in by then, so my application will still be "incomplete". Will that be a problem?

I ask only because last night I received another invite with instructions to make sure the application is complete before interviewing.
