"complete" at nova... now what?

i called today and my file is complete at nova. for those of you who did hear about interviews, how long did it take from your file being complete to you hearing about an interview? and do you know when the ad committee meets? thanks in advance. *nervous*

im nervous too Ive been complete since august 12 or 13...

I received an interview invite on the 14th of August. I believe I was complete about 2.5-3 weeks before that, but I do not know when the committee meets.
