When applying to a D.O. program, such as WVSOM, PCOM, or VCOM, is it ok to apply before you finish your requirements that you plan on finishing senior year? Do DO schools also follow the policy of conditional acceptance, where they accept you and assume that you will complete the requirements prior to matriculation?

yes. it is different for every school but generally what happens is the school will send you a general acceptance letter and they may include an attachment that says, "do this stuff before you matriculate." later on they may send you one as well. Around the spring semester you will be sent another list of items which generally include all transcripts showing completion of all required classes and of getting a degree.
