What are some pharmacy schools that emphasize on research and compounding?

in CA, I know they include USC and UOP--Expensive schools, though, keep that in mind.

Most if not all Pharmacy expose their students to the various aspects of Pharmacy practice including compounding. Having said that, compounding is something we see less and less of. I don't know if I am correct about this next piece of information but aren't pharmacies that commercially offer their services as a compounding pharmacy required to be federally licensed?
