Okay we have just started compounding. We do anywhere from 2-3 compounds a week. There are a few people in particular that seem to love the pain relieving creams we have made (I mainly use PLO gels at this point). Then there are a few people we haven't had much success with.

I guess my question would be what ingredients have you all had the most success with? And for what indication?

trade secretes I am afraid. Many people have an edge because they have been doing it for a long time, others shell out the money to join a good compounding group like PCCA.

I know what you mean. The biggest problem with joining PCCA is the high cost of entry. If you're in an affluent area with a lot of cash and you can do 20 compounds a day then I would join; the level of support is amazing from what I've seen.

What have you used? have you tried medisca? We use their transdermal pain base! Good to see you guys compounding! Beats the chain BS!

Ive worked with Medisca, Letco, and Gallipot. Ive used a ton of the Pentravan by Gallipot....I think Medisca has something very similar. Basically this stuff is supposed to have as much or more skin penetration than a PLO but with a much better feel on the skin.

Humco looks like they also have some really good bases.
