Just curious to take a look, are there any comprehensive lists of institutions offering different specialties, particularly maxillofacial prosthetics?

The best resource I've seen is the series of books published by ASDA that detail almost every residency program in the country. There are 3 different books divided into different types of programs. You can buy them at www.asdanet.org in the Publications section.

Also, the ADEA website (where you can find the actual PASS application) has a PASS Program search engine that gives some information about all of the programs that they work with.
