Computer Freezes during Step 1

My screen shifted in the middle of my 3rd blocking not allowing me to hit the next button. I tried to fiddle around with it until i gave up after 3 minutes or so. The proctor came and had to restart the computer and when the restarted the exam I had a significant amount of time lost for the rest of the section and really screwed me up for the rest of the exam.

I scheduled a "complaint/notice" with prometric apparently going to USMLE, but my repeated attempts to get in touch with them have been fruitless getting some voice mail? Has anyone heard of this scenario before have any suggestions? Thanks much appreciated.
