I was wondering if anyone out there has purchased the cd or seen anyone who has it and know if its even worth worrying about. If I find it I'll try to help out as best as I can.

There were some people in the International forum who had purhcased it and the general concensus seemed to be that it isn't worth worrying about. It takes 4-6 weeks to arrive, and is the same tutorial that is given when you go to the testing center to take your exam.
The CD doesn't have as much to do with exam content as is has to do with the set-up of the computerized exam--which is fairly self-explanatory and reviewed prior to your starting the exam anyway.
