Most people i have spoken to say that the order to take the COMSAE is A-B-C, and that D is closest to the real deal.

we took it 2 weeks ago (6 weeks before out test) and...that didn't go well.

Trying to focus on DIT/Quest, bad idea?

440 on ComsaeD, and 465 on ComsaeA (3 weeks apart). I am 25 days away from Level 1, what should i do? I feel like these scores are low and not good enough.

I am not doing UWorld, mostly just doing Comquest and DIT, is that a bad idea?

Honestly I hear DIT is time consuming and probably would be better for classes and not dedicated study time. Don't know what Quest is. UFAP is tried and true, are you taking the USMLE?

I got a 732 on D and only used uworld, first aid, and pathoma. Out school gives us COMBANK but I never used it.

If your plan isn't working I'd seriously consider dumping Conquest/DIT and buying uworld/first aid. Get your OMM from the green book.

People have told me that the COMSAEs do underestimate your actual COMLEX score; however, it is great to be scoring close to or higher than your target score on the COMSAEs before taking the actual COMLEX.

Avg on Comquest is around 61%, depending which topic you look at. I still have to do Cardio/Repro/GI/ in DIT, Sketchy for Micro. I don't think I will spend time on Heme/Onc, Pulm, and will do minimal Card, since after doing 2 Comsaes it seems like there isn't a lot of questions on those topics and not as high yield.

Any other advice?!

you need to hit all the subjects. i don't want to ruin it for you, but the other 2 tests you haven't taken will have some of those topics, if not all. DIT is very time consuming.... you need to probably ditch it at this point and memorize as much as FA as you can. don't try to reinvent the wheel.

I agree, comsae B definitely had more heme/onc.

I agree. DIT is very time consuming. I only used it for Biostats. I got really bored with that. And for renal pathology, because renal pathology sucks. I feel like dissecting UWorld questions and explanations is more high-yield plus First Aid.

I can barely break 470 and my goal is 500 and its in 18 days, 17hours, 22 min, but who's counting?
I am not doing much FA/UWorld, just DIT/Quest and some FA on things I do not have time to do DIT on. I feel like Comlex is diff than USMLE and UWorld is good but Comquest might be better for the exam. I talked to numerous people who said they wish they did less Uworld and more quest since the questions were more like ComQuest than World.

Do you guys agree? I have 18 days and I'm in freak out mode! I need to maximize my efficiency and hit the high yield, low hanging fruit. Advice please?!
