Are you a med student? Question might get better answers in SDN DO Student Forum . Word on the street is stems are shorter, haven't heard anything else since I'm not a DO student lol

For Level 1, they under predict by 25-100 (hard to say with so many confounding factors) For Level 2 they OVER predict by more than that.

To be safe, aim for 450 on COMSAR. I know it’s tempting to push though boards when you’re barely passing COMSAE but a board failure will hurt your chance at desirable residency.
